Take long slow deep breaths. Time will continue to advance, just at a slower rate, until delivery..

Perhaps a delivery coach, "Breathe", "Breathe", "Breathe".

Get your CD ready for the first drive, and take a camera so we can see!

My breathing coach is getting a little worried about me, but at least we got our Camera ready and the CDs for the first drive are made... Phew!!!

nice, very nice. very crisp clean...just the way I like my MINIs. So, to your knowledge, are you the first Mini in Japan? Oh man, there are so many pictures I'd love to see a Mini next too (mostly buildings, Ando's work mostly - as I'm in the architecture field). Well enjoy the Mini and be sure to keep us updated as you drive...

Where the heck are you by the way in relation to Tokyo? I lived near Yokohama (Camp Zama, HQ US Army Japan) for 3 years back in the '90s. Had a great time.

I live near Kyoto in Shiga Prefecture... It's a bit far from Tokyo.

Beautiful car. It has been a long time since I drove a car in Japan, however, I suspect that the Cooper is going to be a blast.

Were you able to get the power folding side mirrors, like the European car have? Those would be handy.

Let us know how you like the automatic.

Yeah... Folding side mirrors are actually standard in Japan... Pretty useful indeed.

I've had the car for about 6 days now and I love it! I've driven in the mountains and stuff and the car handles great! I'm pretty impressed with the automatic transmission as well. It feels so great.
