while my cooper is in the dealers they have given me a very nice BEP/BEP One with 17" Anthercite split rim R90 alloys, sports tailpipe, black vipers, chrome interior, tints, aero bodykit and most importantly automatic.

I think its because it is 2005 but it seems to have an awesome alloy gear stick really nice. It has six gears too and you can control via buttons on the steering wheel like the system in the S.

I must admit I do like it and find that it is quicker in manual mode. However I have rarely used the buttons on the steering wheel as they arent ergonomically brilliant around corners and as it pretty slow to be honest I find its just nice to whack it in auto and cruise. It makes a lovely sound and is ideal round town. Whilst its certainly not as racy as my Cooper it makes for a more relaxed drive. Seems to drink a bit tho

All round I must say I'm impressed and in auto mode is far more smooth than I expected. Manual is quite jerky but thats probably just my haphazard changes

Are you going to return it plastered with "Harry is God" stickers all over the boot????!?!

ill be getting it back tho when mine goes in for a new gearbox (manual)
