Received email from our MA tonight. Our car is at the dealer, Checkered Flag.

We have a flight out tomorrow, and will not be able to pick it up for a week.

Ordered it March 14, Arrived April 06. Not too shabby. SEE, it pays to be a MINI2 priviledged member !! Thanks Paul !!

Custom Plates, "IPOD PLR", as the wife describes the MINI as just the ultimate IPOD accessory.

This replaces a 2002 Silk Green Cooper with CVT. That was a trouble free car, and we were very happy with the trade in value when we traded it in on the jeep. We were waiting for the automatic, so no MINI for about 6 months.

So now we have two yellow convertibles with black tops and sunroofs. Wrangler, and MINI. There seems to be a theme here.

Will post pics and first impressions when we get back into town and can pick it up.

That's one heck of an IPOD accessory! Sort of like saying "I just bought this new sound system, and, oh, by the way, it came with a Frank Lloyd Wright house!"
