Hello All,

My Mini Cooper Auto has been noticeably louder and riding somewhat rougher then normal. On cold starts it takes bit to turn over. It has 45,000 miles on it. It's been through the scheduled maintenance through 36,000 and has one oil change after that. As far as I know, that is all the maintains it has had.

Am I missing some basic maintenance like a transmission fluid change that could be causing the issue? A few quick searches here didn't help me so sorry if this is a basic and often asked question. I'd just like it sorted out before the warranty is up at 50,000 in case it is something that needs warranty work. Thanks so much.

By Cooper Auto you mean CVT? Although I think you've posted in the right forum (Faults & Fixes), try your luck in the CVT forum. You may get more response there
