Anybody have problems with the DSC

I got it on mine because it came with the package but the only other car I've had it in didn't work to well. Had a 2003 Merc c320. With any moisture on the road the thing would want to spin at any hint of turn. It was almost like it was cross-wired or something. Mercedes wouldn't fix it and after 8 visits to the shop in 8 months of ownership for OTHER PROBLEMS I dropped the turkey.

Merc bashing aside - has anybody had any problems like this with a DSC MINI. There's enough snow and a little rain around here so it is a safety issue for me.
