Offline | I was just wondering if there were any particular fuel levels I should be filling up on. I've only filled up when the guage was at half-full. Should I use say, 3/4s of the tank to burn off the gas that came with the car? Or would the old stuff be naturally mixed whenever I fill up? I've filled up twice so far, gone about 800KM in total. Gas levels have never been past half empty. The car was delivered with a full tank. |

Offline | Welcome to the world of MINI ownership! I think it would be best if you relaxed just a little bit. Your MINI will happily drink premium gas as you supply it -- no special procedure is required to use the gas that was in the car when you received it. Chances are that most of that gas in the car when you received it was put there by your dealer from a gas station down the street. -- Roger |
