I've got my MCSa due in October from my local(ish) dealer. I've just ordered a set of wheels from D&W in Germany. Now, I've just discovered that they also sell new cars at a massive discount over British prices, their price for a base Cooper S is only 18805 Euros (£12,500)!

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy from Germany at that price or would the car be subject to further taxes once it enters Rip-Off Britain?

Is that price right and including German VAT? Otherwise, you would have to pay UK VAT on arrival.

You should also be aware that the exact spec may be different, and you will probably have a 2-year warranty and no TLC pack. From what I've heard, believe it or not Denmark is supposed to be one of the best places to buy export cars from.....
