UPDATE: We heard from mini dealership again today. They first told me it could
just be a fuse, which can be fixed within a day. But it wasn't the fuse, as I gussed it.

Now mini have to stay there until monday. They also provided us with enterprise
rental car, they are fully paying for it.

Maybe they felt bad, maybe they read this thread, I don't know. but it seems they are much friendly now.

I am sort of happy that Mini is finally backing up, and that I will give Rasmussen
Mini a one more chance. I'll update in this thread if anymore disappointment
or "excitement" continues regarding this dealership.

UPDATE: Rasmussen MINI service department totally changed. hahaha.

It was kind of funny. I don't know if they saw this thread or not, but they
obviously realized something and changed their attitude.

Immediately the day after her mini was in service, they called and provided us
with free rental car for 3 days. We went there yesterday to pick up the vehicle,
manager lady was there and she was absoutely nice. Offered us drinks, gave us
details about the service.

All service guys provided us with GREAT service. Totally different than 4~5 days ago.

For now, me and my girlfriend is pretty much satisfied with the service.

Glad to hear things improved for you. No way to know if this thread helped, but posting here about such problems has made a difference in the past with other dealerships.

well thats good thing. It'd be wise for them to check here and see if there are
any negatives being said about them.

Just saw the thread! I am the salesperson on ths car. I know you were extremely upset about the window motor not working. I am glad to see that things got taken care of.

Jarid, I sincerly apologize for the rudeness at the dealership.
I guess I was having a bad day. But honestly, I was pretty mad that day and it wasn't
quite a pleasent experience.

However, we were very satisfied with the service afterwards. Thank you, and I owe you a lunch.

p.s: Just picked up my 06 bmw 330i today at rasmussen. Looks like we will see each other alot afterall.

We all have our days. And I DID offer to let your girl borrow my personal car for the day right? The offer still stands if she ever needs service! I saw you sitting in your new car when your advisor was going over the features. Car looks nice man!

Thumbs up Excellent Dealer!!!

I've had nothing but EXCELLENT service at Rasmussen. All the MA's and service personnel are the best that I have ever dealt with at a car dealership (Jarid, Mikkel, Anne, Josh, Cadence, Amy). All were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues. That's why I went back to Rasmussen for my 2nd MINI. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a MINI.
