Does anybody know where or who to contact/write to in the UK regards a complaint about the service from Mini/BMW Dealership?

I can recommend Mr Stephen Moarhouse in Customer Services Compaints Dept

He has done a good job so far with my problems ..hth

The dealer will be a franchise, so you probably need to exhaust all avenues with them first (but there's certainlly no harm in copying BMW MINI on any correspondence).

What's the problem?
