just purchased new DS/B cooper S on 13/11
really good service, informative, manager Adam well into mini's and upgrades, and showed previous cars/roof designs, add ons, and given a decent time to test drive without pressure.
excellent ordering, and delivery / explanation of car functions, car was presented perfectly, and even got a free rucksack full of cleaning goodies due to slight delay in ipod fitment(not an issue considering delivery was 1 week for the car which was ordered by the mini manager for himself originally, but we wanted the same spec , so he allowed us to have his, instead of waiting!!)
been back for ipod fitment, got it done within 2 hours and washed/hoovered aswell.
Gemma in sales did all the work for the sale/test drive, and did so proffesionally and very pleasantly, it was a delight to be treated properly for once by a garage!.
Will update on aftersales service as we get it...

Took my car to radford yesterday, looked after me well and were really friendly. Had problems with my steering for about 6 months and took it to Sytner Nottingham but all they've done is tell me its a different thing wrong with it each time its gone in, they told me my brakes needed doing (althought i'd had them changed 2 weeks before in order to pass MOT)..... last time it went in they said its cos i have big wheels on and that its the tyres what are causing the heavy steering ....... in exact words they told me ''im suprised your not dead by now'' .............. scared the hell out of me! so i seeked advice from Radford and they helped loads via phone. When the car went in yesterday they striped it down in a couple of hours, they didnt find anything wrong apart from a leek on the power steering- Something what Styner Notts never picked up on even after being in 5-6 times about the steering problem.

from now on i wont be using Sytner Nottingham unless i have to, i'd rather drive the extra hour and get better service!!

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else but Radford, they've always been really helpful and ive only ever had excellent service from both them. My cars over 3 years old now and the service is as good as the day they deleivered the car to me so i can assure you Matt the after care is just as good.

I'm now onto my 3rd Cooper from Radford and i really can't fault the sales experience at all. Service is good after the odd false start and one or 2 little problems , now the service i receive is first rate. Highly recommended
