MINI of San Francisco

I took my Cabrio in 3 weeks ago. For it's 10k service, a couple days before it was due to go in the top stopped working. Also I was having the now famous roof wear marks. They said the wear wasn't enough to replace. So they said it would take 2 days. 3 Days later after I had left multiple messages. So they are going to replace the roof because of the wear. So it would take 4 days. 4 days later still hadn't heard. Left messages. Finally they called me back. They were waiting for a part. Then they called the part was back ordered. Finally they got the part fixed the car. They rented me a car for first couple days, then I finally *****ed enough for them to give me a loaner.

So anyway, I finally have my car back. And it ONLY took 3 weeks.

On top of not keeping me in the loop with what is going on with my car. They say my navigation software is up to date, even when I know that's not true.

Has anyone else experienced this from MINI of SF?
