Offline | Blue Bell, Wilmslow, UK A quick post to say how fantastic these guys are. I bought my Cooper Convertible from them new about 18 months ago. Had a few more problems than I anticipated; scuff under clear coat on delivery, loose front wheel arch trim (after 2 months), ripped leather handbrake housing (after a year), airbag fault (loose cable on passenger seat). Also had a couple of problems where they went out of their way to help, esp. today when they polished out a mark on the clear coat caused by bird-poo on the bonnet, free of charge and without complaint. I can honestly say that without a shadow of a doubt I have had no problems with these guys; they are always willing to help and have experienced staff in both the service dept. and their bodyshop. Oh, they also loan like-for-like, so usually offered a convertible for a courtesy car, not that I usually require one as they fix most problems as you wait. What can I say other than I can heartily recommend Blue Bell; and if any of the staff are reading this - thanks! |

| Having a Mini Adventure!! | Got my EB/B MC from them last May, wonderful service, although delivery was put back a week (not their fault tho). Had a problem after my first Oil change with them, the seal hadnt seated correctly and most of the engine oil left the filter and coated the underside of my pride n joy (and boot/window too) with oil, leaving her stranded away from home with no oil! Wasnt happy, but they came out within the hour, fitted a new filter and oil, tested n made sure she was ok before my hubby drove her home that night! Next day we took her down to them in Wilmslow, and they degreased n steam cleaned her underneath, gave her a full internal and external valet and as way of an apology booked me in for a JCW Sound Kit at cost price too!! Have to say that Paul in service is ace, top bloke n always very helpful, even to a fussy MINI Fanatic like me! So yes, agree with Harrop n D1NO here! ![]() |
