The saga continues, I went in with an exhaust rattle and they fitted a new heat shield and tightened up some subframe bolts all under warranty.
I collect the car and the noise is still there so I go back in, oh yeah well its the clutch.... thats going to cost you £1028.00 inc parts and labour to sort out
I don't think its the clutch its the silencer thats rattling. I then rang up John Cooper Garages and they said it does sound like the silencer we have a had 1 or 2 cars with that issue you describe.
I then ring Williams back up explaining i have spoken to JCG and they reckon its the silencer. The guy then says oh so they tuned it, because they're not a BMW franchised dealer we cannot warranty any of the parts they've fitted
WTF is the point in the works kit then. So I rang back JCG and they said thats complete ********, gave them Williams's number and they're currently trying to sort things out.
Annoyed to say the least.... expect more updates soon
