Offline | I've just used them for insurance work that I had carried out through a dealer rather than my insurance approved garage. All I can say is if you want an easy life stick with your insurance company to sort it out. I'll post my experience fully a bit later if you wish as I'm pushed for time at the moment. Lies need defending all the time. The truth defends itself. |

Offline | My experience was that I had a non-fault accident, only minor - mirror knocked off and small dent in the door. My insurance company were very quick (2 days) to arrange to have my car taken away and courtesy car provided but as my car is only 8 months old I decided to have the work carried out by a BMW dealer to avoid any possible warranty issues (a bit anal I know ). This was a drawn out process, from time photos were taken at dealer to time car was booked in, it took about 3 weeks. That's when the real headache starts - Swift ring, ask you a million and one questions, they arrange car, you drive their car, they send you forms, their lawyers send you forms, blah, blah, blah - you get the idea! In hindsight, not worth the hassle.Lies need defending all the time. The truth defends itself. |

| my ponies have escaped!!! | yea luckily i know the legal shpegal that goes on so its just a case of telling them what you want rather than other way round. Im with Adrian Flux brokers but insured with Ensign. The legal expense cover is being handled by Angel Assistance in relation to excess, personal injury and uninsured losses. There has been lots of interest from other parties but these are just the typical claims management companies we hate ![]() Hopefully should be ok. I am just using Swift for the hire so dont want them doing anything else. m o n k e y : n u t s |
