Offline | Princeton Mini After visiting several dealerships I decided to order my Mini from Princeton mostly becasue they were the closest to my home and I would be bringing it there for service. I spec'ed up a car and ordered it at MSRP. I was tracking it online and reviewed the order details to see they had omitted the navigation system. I called the dealer, you need to know they have never returned my call in the past, and it just happened the salesman picked up his phone. I told him the problem and he had no answers for me! I waited a while and called back only then to find out that they would reorder the car. I don't know what else they were going to do! The price of the car was right they just forgot to add the navigation. So, they just reordered it. I looked online to check it over and again they did it wrong. Now it has no sport package! Still right price. Are they trying to make some extra $$ on the car? What they are doing there I have no idea! No return calls and now two incorrect cars! I cannot believe it. I suggest anyone even considering buying a car there think again unless they buy one from the lot. I never got any of my calls returned even when they offered to call me about financing. I guess I will be driving to Mahwah tomorrow to have them order the right one! 6 more weeks again |
