ELVET MINI, Durham.

Having dealt with Mill and Preston Hall I didn't expect much - but so far Elvet are superb! - The first BMW dealership I've dealt with that matches up to the customer service standards of a Mercedes Dealership.

If they carry on the way they are going - My next car will be from there!

I was there today, what a coincidence

What's your car LMB, we looked at the second hand ones to kill some time.

I had to pop up for a recall to do with re-programming the roof electricals and they were great, it was done in about 30 minutes and they washed and vacuumed out my car too.

While we were waiting we went over to the MINI garage and chatted to Simon who sold me my car (lovely bloke) and oohed and aaahed at the flip-paint CooperS they've got in the showroom.

Yes, also having dealt with Preston Hall in the past (never again) Elvet are so much better, I'd definately recommend them

I think I remember seeing it because I noticed the fancy wheels - nice

Simon was driving a black Works, but it was an 06 plate.

Are you getting a GP?

Nicky, you're obviously not up with the latest rules. We never, ever mention Preston Hell - it raises too many peoples blood pressure! We just refer to them as the dealership from hell.

And did you know that Preston Hell were anounced as the best dealership in the entire mini network???
