 Fawdington Newcastle
Just a quick note to praise Fawdingtons of Newcastle.
From the initial purchase to aftersales they have been nothing short of perfect.
The car was in VERY clean condition when I collected it. Flowers on the passenger seat (technically the car was for the wife - like that lasted long....)
We recently found out that the clutch was knackered, and the drivers' side window was juddering on and off..
I popped in the dealers and mentioned the problems, and was told to bring it in whenever I wanted. Dropped it off on the Monday evening and said they could keep it for the remainder of the week as I was away.
Next morning I got a call saying they had already checked it over (10am!!) and that parts were ordered for the next day.
Next day, at about 4pm I was rang again, and told the car had had a new clutch and window regulator fitted and was ready for collection when I returned.
Friday that week, collected the car, all cleaned up and ready, and working superbly.....
All work done under warranty (bearing in mind this is an 03 car so it was on the 1 year warranty you get when buying second hand).
I only wish vauxhall were the same when they do my company Vecturd.
