Offline | Cooper MINI - Reading - Inspection 1 & Warranty Work Just thought I'd give some feedback on my first dealership trip for work to be done since buying my MCS @ the end of May. Cooper Reading have always been friendly, approachable and effiecient since the first time I stepped onto the forecourt 4 years ago. Now that I am finally a MINI owner (31/05/06) I got to experience their work yesterday (21/09/06) Car was booked in for Inspection 1 - Brake fluid 1 and also some warranty work - specifically - Replacement hydraulic engine mount, Knocking from the steering (Universal Joint) and Streaking windows when wet ( Dirty/Mouldy inner door seals) When I booked the car in I told them specifically what to do/change/fix so they just had to do it. Overall service was brilliant - received timely updates throughout the day - George (Service Manager) called me before work started and when it was done - detailing what was wrong. They completed the inspections and the warranty work to a high standard rectifing all of the issues I had raised. - I couldn't believe it. And so far I haven't found anything broken! - which has happened to me in the past with other manufacturers dealerships. Car feels great now - Just like the day I bought it - but obviously a little better because of a few small choice modifications. Rating out of 10 - 8.5 (no other MINI experience to compare it to) Rating vs other Manufacturers - 10 Highly Recommend Cooper Reading MY05 MINI COOPER S - DS/B - GTT OPTIMISED- THANKS FOR THE RIDE - ENTER THE R56 JCW |

| Amiga 500 to PS3 20 Years | I remember going there (as well as a lot of other dealers) on launch day in 2001. Probably had the best display of MINI's out of all the dealers and made me change my order with JCW from Astro Black to Chilli Red. Sadly they're a little too far away for me and have made do with Stratstone Maidenhead as they are the best of a bad bunch ![]() ![]() It was acceptable in the 80's |
