Offline | Hi all! ![]() Just a quick one, and I hope I'm not out of order in asking such questions, as I'm sure theres many other people here in sales who could benefit from this... I've been with BMW/Mini for a number of years and generally worked in the service, but taken up a job as number two at a local Mini dealership - no name plugs! ![]() I've always been big into my customer service, which leads me to ask, when coming to look/purchase/ask for advice, what things would you expect from your dealership? And I'm not generally talking about discounts and what not, but would make the experience easier and more pleasurable for the buyer. It's easy to fault the dealerships when your not happy, but I'm intruiged as to what would leave you all happy ![]() Thanks all! |
