Thanks to Brisbane BMW - Fortitude Valley

Just a quick note to publicly thank "Brisbane BMW" AKA "Brisbane MINI Garage" for their sympathetic ear over the last 10 months of waiting for my S, and finaly the painless delivery of my MINI.

My $100AU voucher will come in handy for a couple of official Black MINI Caps............

On personal experience, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good MINI dealer in SE Qld.

Basil, well said. I have found the experience with BMW to be quite different from other auto buying activites.

My dealer in Melbourne has been excellent. I know that due to my lack of patience over the past couple of years I may have implied a number of things, but once the reality bit in I was knocked out by their sincere efforts to make this a very memorable and rewarding experience. That is Bib Stillwell by the way.

By the way, I'll sell you two caps for $90.

To give credit where it's due, I have to say that Brisbane BMW/MINI Garage are amazing.

They ALWAY's follow up when there's a problem to make sure they've done their job properly, and I'm happy with their level of service.

Stunned again today with a call.

Well done Brisbane BMW.

You're right Basil. BMW Australia are really trying very hard.

You will not get treatment this good from Renau-- sorry, Nissan.

Well Brisbane BMW have made up for BMW Group Australia's lack of response as far as my own issues are concerned.

(Your right about Nissault though. Another 12 month's on that one....... )

We actually weren't all that impressed with their sales staff. It seemed to depend a little on the day.

Since we bought our car elsewhere they have been borderline rude. This is not a good way to get customers in the future.

The service people have been very nice though

Hmmm, perhaps I should clarify, that it's not the sales staff i'm impressed with at the moment, but their managment. I agree their service people are good too.

Unfortunately the two sales people I dealt with leading up to delivery are no longer part of the MINI side of things.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again.

BRISBANE BMW/MINI Garage are an absolute joy to deal with.

If I'm ever in the market for another MINI or a BMW for that matter, I would not hesitate to go back there.

Extremely grateful to Lewis Stafford, Dale Watson and Scott Croaker from BMW Group Australia in particular.

If BMW Group Australia are reading this, these guy's deserve a pat on the back.

Highly recommended.

My two cents

While I bought my Mini from Brisbane BMW I have done quite a bit of after market shopping at Motorline BMW at Daisy Hill (southside).

Brisbane BMW are always quite friendly but the staff at Motorline are just superb.

Their customer service is second to none and always have the time to discuss any Mini-related issues. They also offer discounts on Mini merchandise without even being asked.

I'll be having my vehicle serviced there and any vehicle purchases in the future will be from Motorline.

I agree, Brisbae Mini Garage are excellent to deal with. sales and Service staff went beyond my expectations. Even got a ride in the new 7 series, after dropping my Mini in for a service !!!! I'll be back in when I can afford a Cooper S
