Cracked Windscreen

Well credit where credit is due

Took my mini in on Saturday to Sytner High Wycombe for its 1st Oild Service and to get them
to check the cracked windscreen which I knew was a stress fracture and not a stone chip
as had happened over night and and no sign of any stone chip etc

I was expecting to have an argument and them telling me to get it changed on my insurance
as it was due to a stone chip

They without fuss said they would change it under warranty

Good service and nice waiting area so nothing but praise

Good service happens rarely now but its nice when it happens

regards

Antony

Very shocked to hear 'Good Service' and 'Sytner High Wycombe' in the same sentance, good of them to do it for you

Well sounds like I have been lucky

I will see more when I take it in for a new windscreen but so far no complaints and only praise

I found them very professional when I bought the car last year so suprised to hear that
they might be otherwise

I've always found Sytner Wycombe to a dealer of the highest order and will use them regularly, even though its farther away from my local MINI dealer. Its quite odd how North Oxford BMW are quite brilliant at the BMW side, but North Oxford MINI despite being the same company do nothing but annoy me with any MINI business I've ever had with them.
