Offline | Hi, Just had the MINI in for an oil change Friday at Sytners High Wycombe and thought I'd post about how good I found their customer service and facilities. I bought my Cooper from Sytners when they were in Gerrards Cross but I usually use my local Stratstone dealership because it's nearer. Now after phoning Stratstone and being given a 3 week wait for a service slot, and even then not being given a convenient time, I gave Sytners a ring on Tuesday afternoon and had the car booked in for Friday without fuss. There phone manner was very polite and within minutes I received a text confirm the booking. On arrival I walked into reception and within 2 steps the receptionist was welcoming me and asking me to take a seat whilst she rang my service contact. I was then lead through and introduced to the MINI service desk and given a cuppa. All my details where taken promptly, I asked them not to clean the car if it was by machine (which was noted), I was told the car would be ready by 5.30 and they would keep me informed. Time for a look around the facility and I've got to say what a great modern place it is. Superb waiting area with 42" LCD TV, free Tea Coffee facilitys that would not look out of place in a 5* hotel (which I made a lot of use of), viewing area of the 32 bay pristine workshop, Free internet access, more MINI clubmans than you could shake a stick at. Not once was I harassed by salesman. I was kept informed several times as to how things were going, the car was finally ready 2 hours early, and even though I didn't want it washed due to the machine they went and handwashed and valeted inside and out. Superb service and all round experience worthy of a mention I think. I for one am quick to moan about dealers of all manufacturers as I believe it's profit before anything else, but even though my warranty ran out last year I will be back to them in the future. Would I have got the same at my local Stratstone?? ![]() |

Offline | Tried Sytner at High Wycombe for the first time in late January (oil service and MOT on 02 One). Was very impressed with slick service, friendly staff. Booked in car within one week of calling them, couldnt get a garage car for the day without around 3 weeks notice but they have a £25 deal with Enterprise which isnt a bad alternative. Whole process was very smooth and stress free. Left me feeling very pleased. Ultimately a happy customer = happy dealership. I went back a week later and ordered a new MCS from them for March delivery. Massively better than previous experience with Stratstone in Maidenhead. S. |
