They surpassed themselves yesterday.

I had a slow puncture in the NSF tyre of my TT. Took it in whilst having a chat about MINI's . Alison called the tyre guys over. I already had a tyre in the car which I wanted them to fit.

Unfortunately they were fully booked all afternoon and they even tried to sort me out with a car to go home in so I could leave my car with them. In the end I asked if they could top up the air for me and I'd bring it back first thing in the morning.

The tyre fitter took the car away - came back 15 minutes later and said he'd fitted the replacement tyre for me.

Talk about under promise and overdeliver - to squeeze me in at a moments notice shows why Woodman's really are leagues ahead.

10/10 yet again .

Just want to add that I bought my next mod from Chris today and after looking at another thread about getting a JCW certificate which previous owner had lost, Chris is going to help me get a copy. This is after I emailed and heard nothing from another dealer. 10/10 for help and advice and a great asset to this site.
