Well, I had a great experience at Ft. Lauderdale MINI! They were polite and, since I wasn't too chosey, responded rapidly to my requests for an expedited delivery of my new 2003 Cooper S! They are also reasonably priced... just $299 over MSRP (the $299 includes floor mats and a full tank of gas).

Just for background, I originally purchased a Cooper CVT through Braman Motorcar in West Palm Beach at $1595 over MSRP (Mats, Teflon coating and Pin stripes). Nice salesman, but it went downhill from there. When I took the car to my detailer I found out the $995 mandatory teflon coating was never done... car finish was bare! My CVT was a real LEMON! 28 days in service, stalling out, inconsistent idle, etc.... When I asked the General Sales Manager to roll me out of the CVT into an S, and I would pay $2500 extra, he refused and said he'd rather have BMW corporate deal with it. Well, it took me 4 months of complaining and breakdowns, but I am expecting the refund documents from MINI this week! I went back to Braman to see if they would match the Ft. Lauderdale price and they REFUSED! Said they wanted a better profit margin! Imagine the nerve!

Anyway, Bonnie and Crystal at Ft. Lauderdale MINI were pleasant, honest and easy to deal with and I now have a production date of 9/27/02~ Highly recommend them!

Crystal, Larry & Bonnie are one terrific bunch of people. We took delivery of our new MINI just 10 days ago from Lauderdale MINI and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They are professional, honest, extremely accomodating and honest. These people really cherish the 'MINI' spirit and take the car buying experience to a whole new level.

Lauderdale MINI is the BEST dealership in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale metro areas. In my personal opinion, Braman and South Motors are a complete waste of time.
