FYI, I had a great experience buying my Mini Cooper S at the Cincinnati Mini Store. At first they seemed a little slow with the details of what came on the Mini, but what fan doesnt know more then a new sales person. The staff kept me informed of updates and put up with my numerous phone calls on my cars status. They did forget to put on the wheel locks for my upgraded rims, but they put them on the next day. I also like the fact they are in the same building as the Cincinnati BMW store. I expect the service to be top notch!
