Offline | Cooper Mini Sunderland.... Anyone been to Cooper Mini Sunderland (used to be Mill Mini) in Boldon? I've bought two cars from them - one when it was MILL MINI - excellent service, excellent car - excellent all round. The second time was...different. Anyone else been there? |

Offline | I would be interested in other peoples experience of Coopers in Boldon, I am thinking of going there for my next car. ( Bought 2 cars from Fawdingtons in Newcastle, with the first car they were great, but now when I deal with their after sales people I find them unhelpful as I own a Mini and not a BMW ) Stu ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Clubman 'S' Power | I bought mine from Mill mini and the service is great, Neil has sold a car to me, my girlfrinds mam and sister, he seems to be the only one I know now. And I have just had my car service by williams manchester as I live here now and the service was poor. So when I buy a new mini it will be from cooper sunderland even if it is 180 miles away |

Offline | Well Neil has left - and the service is very very poor. The 'technicians' are pretty crap. Had my MINI for 5 weeks now - driven it 7 times - been in their service area for over 4 weeks with problem after problem - sales people couldn't give a ****. Feel sorry for the service people - they have MINI's queing up round the back for fixing. Their MINI Cherished checks are a joke. We're taking things further. Wouldnt touch COOPER SUNDERLAND WITH A ****** STICK. Mill were great - shame they sold out to Cooper. |

Offline | Sorry Mr Mackem but i have to strongly disagree with you. I have bought lots of cars from Cooper/ Mill Mini Boldon including when it was took over and have had nothing but excellent customer service. I'm sure your problem is an isolated incident, but doesnt your warranty cover the problems your having. I have no hesitation in recommending Cooper Boldon to my friends and family. |

Offline | Just that its not the first time a member of MINI sales staff have registered to 'back up' their dealer. Happened a few days ago with another dealership, and I beleive the person involved got a bit of a telling off ![]() |

| MINI2 Newbie | I bought my Mini there a year ago this month when it was Mill... David sorted my car for me...was a used MCS from Preston Hall. He got it there no problem and the hand over was good and had no problems. Also when it changed to Cooper I got a letter sent to me saying I could go get a free Mini cleaning kit whenever I drove past which I thought was ok since it cost nothing. When ive popped in a couple times to have alook what stock they have in and the sales reps are always different. Also I think most of them know pretty much nothing about the Mini itself. I think I might go to Newcastle if I ever purchase another mini, but who knows I might find that the same there or might be worse. Who knows???.. |
