Possibly the best car garage ive ever been to. Better than the Mercedes garage my mm got her Merc from, better than th Jaguar garage my dad got his Jag from Nick Whale Stratford IS the best garage! The staff are so friendly, the receptionist ALWAYS says hello when i go in, the technicians come out and explain their work, tell you things you can do to save you buying things (which has saved me a lot of money). I really do rate this garage, cant give it enough praise. It also fixed a problem under warranty which another garage were going to charge me for.

Guys, if you read this forum, job well done. One very satisfied customer here. Any gus on here use this garage?

Iv been there a few times, I all ways rind a few of the people working there quite rude. No one seams to come over and ask if your all right or if you need any help. The parts department was help-full and Evan gave me directions to the next nearest dealer as they dint have the part in stock !

I always found them helpful and friendly. And did stuff under warranty that another garage wouldnt do. Tecchies are all friendly too, i've never known them to come out and explain what they will do/have done and answerd some of my questions on aftermarket mods too. Kinda like before you have an oporation!ha

I used to work with Kippy the receptionist at NW, she's quality NW has always fixed warranty issues on my car previously even though I bought it from Rydale and never made me wait for weeks on end for a service apt even though I always ring up last minute. Plus their new build Mini only dealership is mint!

Yea it is a very nice showroom! The receptionish is very friendly, always says hi and asks what i need!
