Offline | Excellent service from Nathan, Ed and the team. Got my S five months ahead of schedule. Car beautifully prepped - 1000 miles up and no probs. Biggest prob for me is finding time to clean it as I'm too busy driving!!! Seriously Good Service - I even got a free bottle of bubbly. Pudenda Merkin > |

Offline | Top marks from me. My car delivered ahead of schedule too - 4 days ahead - but that's another story! Warranty work (5 minute job) carried out without issue. Ed always remembers my name when I make unannounced arrivals and addresses me by my christian name, which for me is the way I prefer. Incidentally, the site is to be re-developed to make one of the biggest Mini only dealerships in the country. |

Offline | I have also been very impressed. They made a special effort to get my car ready 2 days early so that I could make a specific journey. Will be due for my first service soon, so will see how that goes. Paul |

| still short!! | Well, if this is the garage at Long Hanborough (or whatever) then no , blooming awful is all I can say. If you get your car from this garage, DO NOT modify it in any way, that includes furry dice, as they will void your warranty and TLC!! I had a very bad experience with this garage when I was down in that neck of the woods, after my cylinder head blew! This has been so bad that my dealer has even complained about the service I received from them! So, sales may be fine, but aftersales and servicing, BOOOOO (personal opinion only!!) |

Offline | Was down there this weekend and went past both their sites. I must say that I am worried by the fact that the BMW side is a very fancy looking place on the edge of town but MINI is basically in a shed in the middle of nowhere... Whats that all about?? I hope this isn't an indication of bad treatment of MINI owners Hopefully I'm wrong to think this. Missing my MINI Loving my Beemer |

| 01 | Look at my mini along with my mums! Both purchased from north oxford garage. Mine is quite modified, I take mine in regularly to get the odd thing done under warranty. (currently in for a windscreen wiper motor as my wipers only go two speeds and so if it is raining really hard i have to slow down) I am absolutly thrilled with the service me and my mum have got from them so far, but something seems to be going wrong. Ive always had a mini courtesy car, until now, im getting old bag o sh*t rovers and 206's, and last time i picked up my car it wasnt even cleaned. They are all really friendly and always make me feel welcome and act quickly when i ask for info or need something doing. And i always have made sure i go there for work i get done (my sprayed white black trim was done at their body shop and they installed my spoiler and other bits) As i said previously, it is in for a windscreen wiper motor, it went in on the 26th of oct which had been booked for 3 weeks previously, i called up in my lunch hour to check how it was going and the service quy was very apologetic saying that the part hadnt come and that it would be done tomorrow. That evening i thought how strange that was as it had been ordered for 3 weeks and now they can get it within a day? My thoughts were that they have dinged it in some way, as i get them to pick it up from my work and drop it off again and they always send some old blind bloke who is at least 80 years old! So anyway, its day two, and im driving my 206, which is defianltly not safe! its a v reg and it feels like im gonna topple over round the corners. I call up in my lunch hour again and they say that it is in the workshop and will be with me by the end of the day. I get a call at about half 3 from the service guy again, and he is even more apologetic than before and he says that they are having problems as my wipers are still not going any faster. and that they dont know when it will be ready. I replied to him by saying that if it isnt ready to be collected tomorrow evening (friday 28th) can i collect it and book it in another time? As i havnt done this before when things arnt done on time, and he said he couldnt promise anything and that he didnt want to do that. I thought this was strange and looked back onto yesterday (wednesday 26th) and remembered how he said it wasnt ready and as i had a courtesy car at my office but didnt have the keys for it, he asked whether i had a way of getting home, and i did, but my boufriend has just sold his car so i have to pick him up from the station also, so he said that he would have to drive down to give me the keys to it. So the service guy personally dropped it off for me, which i also thought was werid. Anyway, im getting more and more nervous! I know something bad has happened to it, I shouldnt admit it, but after work i got one of my collegues to drive from cowley to long hanborough to go to the north oxford garage to see if i could see it. Thinking that i would get there before it shuts and that i would tell them that i needed to get something out of my car and they would have to show me what state it is in! But i got there 10 mins late and it was closed. I saw it though... It was in the bodyshop section next to all the other banged up cars.............. |

| 01 | I have been completely messed about by this garage! Finally got my car back, after almost having to beg for them to give it to me! Eventually i got my boyfriend to call up and talked to the manager for almost an hour, and they just wernt helpful. I eventually picked it up after work, very stressed cos i had to go through oxford in rush hour which took 45 mins. It was there waiting for me, and the most they offered was 10% reduction on the aero spoiler that i just had fitted by them, which still cost me £200! No freebees, no apologies, nothing. They must think im just a stupid little girl, and thats how theyve been treating me. What to do next? I have to make an official complaint! ![]() |

| 01 | No, luckily they havnt dinged it, but they didnt help me in convincing me otherwise with not letting me have my car! I share lifts every day, so one week il go in monday wednesday and friday and the next itl be tuesday and thursday. I park in the cowley business centre where links and leylands decorating and parker merchanting is - right next the the big gas tower. And im often running up cowley to go to boots, tescos, next and halfords most lunchtimes between 12 and 1. Where abouts are you? I see the road from my desk window and often see minis go by- il have to look out for you ![]() |
