I used this dealership for the first time this week: for my oil service, some warranty work and fitting a CD changer unit. I was very impressed with the service:

• Car was booked in with a fairly short lead time (about a week)
• A loan car was provided without hesitation - another MINI with just a few hundred miles on the clock
• All of the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful
• I was taken into the workshop where the technician took the trouble to spend 15-20 minutes with me looking at the car and discussing various issues. He was willing to listen to my comments and views about various niggles (mostly plagiarised from this site!) and seemed genuinely interested.
• All of the requested warranty work was done and the workmanship seems to have been top notch
• Re-programming my Car Memory functions was done at no extra cost, even though they'd never heard of "comfort opening" until I arrived.
• The vehicle was returned to me looking immaculate.

Overall, an excellent level of service, especially as they didn't supply the vehicle to me.

I agree, Sorensons of King's Lynn has been very courteous and helpful to me from purchase in Sep 2004 to a minor bodywork problem put right and the loan of a MINI and a BMW along the way (delivery and collection included) . They are 40 miles away from me and Lind BMW in Norwich who are only a couple of miles from me have appalling customer service and it is why I travelled to buy and maintain my MINI.
