Are there any other dealerships in the USA who are using a customer satisfaction rating by MINI USA as part of their promotion? Niello MINI in Sacramento California claims to be number 5 nationwide. The strange thing is that MINI USA claims there is no such rating or ranking from them. Could it be that some dealerships are creating their own ranking to pull the wool over customers eyes? In the case of Niello MINI it's very likely, as they are among the worst offenders of price gouging and terrible sales tactics (see the Niello thread in this forum). Does your dealership make similar claims? If so, ask to see a copy of the rating. Niello has not responded to my request for details of their ranking.
Perhaps they meant to say they are the number 5 dealer..... in northern California?
+ 2002 MINI Cooper S - Dark Silver / White roof, Sport, Premium, Lapis blue leather
+ 1965 Mini Traveller - Tartan Red / White roof, 1275, Cooper S discs, fully restored/renewed
Take a look at the claim on their website ( http://mini.niello.com/ ) to decide for yourself. I know Niello and there is definitely no mistake on their part. They meant to say what was posted in their website. They even add legal disclaimers to e-mail correspondence, to ensure a customer knows there are no promises made until a deal is sealed in writing.
Back to the original question...Does your dealership make any claims regarding customer satisfaction ratings? If so, where do they get their info from?
