Coopers Norwich - MINI Cooper Forum

took our Clubman in today for its first service at Coopers in Norwich.
What a pleasant experience!! All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
I even got a tour of the workshop,thanks to the guy on service reception!!

Thought this would make a change to all the moaning on this part of the forum

I found their service department to be much better than sales.

They have obviously changed from when they were Lind then!! Never had or heard a good word about them.
They made a right mess of my R53, both sales and service.

More to the point though, another Clubman in Norfolk!! I have not seen you around I don't think, there don't seem to be many Clubmans round here.

Our small village (near Attleborough) has 3 Clubmans in it,and on my way to work in Watton, I regularly see two or three more!!

I live the other side of Norwich, and travel to work towards Aylsham, and rarely see another!

Glad to hear they have gotten a little better, most MINI owners i know in norwich still drive to Carrs in Bury. Lind was Horrible and i do not rate coopers any better, well at least sales/aftersales dept.
