Anyone dealt with Elms of Bedford, UK?

Just placed a reservation order with Elms of Bedford for a Mini convertible, and was wondering if anyone had any dealings with them - I figure I have plenty of time to cancel and place the order with another dealer if need be.

Hi Paul,
So, are they any good? Although if you've all dealt with them, perhaps that's telling me they were.

Very good.

Sales is better than service, ONLY (I believe) because they sell more cars than their current size can deal with comfortably.

I usually deal with Sarah Cox, and she knows her stuff, and I'm sure the rest of the MINI staff are kept up to date.

Thanks, I was only asking because I placed the order over the phone and spoke to a girl who, when I asked to speek to her the next day - was told she had left. Always makes me nervous when people leave that I'm trying to buy a car from.
Anyway, my mini is a long, long way off, so perhaps too much to expect the staff to stay the same until 2004!
Thanks
Nick

Lexuslover,

Ive bought mine from Elms in Bedford and would strongly recomend them for both sales and service. I have been dealing with a sales woman called Annie who was very helpful and gave an excellent service.
If i can ever get insured on an MCS i will be returning to them.

A Black One to a VX220 .. onto a 250bhp Focus RS . . . and now an 05 MCS
