Cool Good Dealer / Bad Dealer

VOTE NOW! It would be great to see more anti-Niello votes.

I don't think it is really a vote thing. My understanding is that the good and bad dealer trophies are awarded on the merits of the submission about their service.

I should think the posts on this board would be enough.

It will never be enough until MINI stops selling cars to Niello.

Money MINI of Houston

I've just nominated Momentum MINI ("Money MINI") of Houston, unfortunately. The sleazy manager, Mr. Greg Chapman, steadfastly (and illegally) refuses to honor the agreement presented to me by his employees. "They aren't authorized to sell cars without our mandatory add-ons." Well, Mr. Chapman, then you need to train them so they KNOW that.

To hell with Mr. Chapman's unethical business practices and $3,400 mark-ups (for wheel and tire warranty, annual car washes, loaner car during service, and a maintenance agreement that is redundant to MINI's included warranty). To hell with ALL the loser dealerships who think they can get away with lies and mark-ups. I think they're going to find themselves in a hole, when in three more months the insatiable initial market for the MINI dries up in the US and they cannot sell cars any more. And when they find that MINI buyers are not like other shoppers, and are instead enthusiasts who are part of a greater community, in support of one another, and in constant communication.

My sentiments exactly wynn! Add Mr. Rick Niello to that list of names!

<shaking hands with Mixdman>

We're blessed to have the community that we do, and the company of smart, warm, sincere MINI enthusiasts, and the support of MINI itself, and MINIusa, and a host of fantastic dealers around the world who are, on the whole, doing an exceptional job of making car buying and owning and driving more fun than most people would ever know or imagine. Maybe we will weed out the few exceptions by spreading the word, and supporting all the GOOD elements of our MINI community.
