Just a BIG thank you to Glen at Cotswold BMW in Cheltenham. My cooper arrived early (Wednesday afternoon) and he arranged a quick turn-around for the PDI so I could pick my cooper up on Friday in time for Gaydon.
Today (Thursday) seems to be dragging somewhat!!!!

Well, they\'ve done it again! Two niggles with my Cooper. Creaking drivers seat and R/H heated door mirror not de-misting. Called in to Cotswold and within 25 min they had replaced the door mirror for a new one and fixed the seat!!! Looks like I may be onto a winner with this dealer.

Has anybody got any comments on this dealership? Good or bad... I'm thinking of taking my business here from now on instead of d*ck lovett swindon.

I recently ordered MINI One from Cotswold. They've been good so far.

I've only read good things about them on this forum. Hopefully they'll be good if and when I have any problems.

From the comments I've heard about **** Lovett, I think you'd be well advised to give them a try. Cheltenham's not really that far from Swindon.

My two closest ones are Cheltenham and oxford... well, cheltenham are 3 miles closer
