Well, I jumped in today and ordered a ds/w mcs from Don Rosen. I dealt with Amos and he was very nice. It was almost like the whole operation was too easy. It took longer to open a savings account than to order a car. Now I have an eternity to wait, but it will let me save some money.
I was wondering if there were any plans to do any track time. I have never done any, but I think I might do some autocrossing next year. I would love to get the mcs, or even my current miata out on a real track. Anyone know of an option that isn't crazy expensive? Thanks

Englishtown Raceway, near me and about an hour from you is supposed to open an autocross track sometime next year (when you and I get our Minis). A friend who's involved told me he guessed maybe $30 to try it out.
