Have just bought a new Mini Countryman Cooper Auto for my wife, and dealer was great. They missed an extra (Boot Flat Load) that was on my specification ( and I also missed it when they confirmed my spec. When we took delivery of the car and noticed, they arranged for the parts to be obtained, and took the car back and fitted it charging me just the cost of the item - no labour.
