Thumbs up Mini Tech in Rayleigh in Essex

If you're in Essex or striking distance of it then I'd happily recommend Min Tech in Raleigh in Essex. Kev certainly knows his stuff when it comes to Minis. He changed the clutch on ours today. He also stuck a new alternator belt on there whilst he was at it and just charged us for the belt. He found a couple of panel clips and a snapped bolt somewhere were broken and just replaced them for free. Ran it through the diagnostics and cleared down some stored codes and road tested it and they didnt come back and regassed the air con too. 385 later and we're very happy customers.

United-States Dealer Service

WoW...... Im jealous TaipansEmporium, I have only had required service work done on my 09 HardTop at Mini, it did go well. With our new 2014 Countryman S All-4 and the changes in service times/mileage now on the Mini's I will see Mini more often. I hope our service is as good as yours! (YA GET A CAR WASH WITH EVERY VISIT) Then again car washes are free for life with our dealer. Oh well I tried....

Ive never yet a car washed after a service, they always say the cars already so clean it would probably look dirtier after their lot had washed it.

Can also back up anyone's sentiments about MINI Tech in Rayleigh, Essex.

Went to see Kev today regarding my sunroof not closing and a coolant leak. He's managed to sort the sunroof, diagnose the problem with the coolant, clear all previous stored codes and alert me to a few other things that need doing!

Very reasonable guy, very helpful and most of all very reasonable!
