We were totally ignored by all personnel in this dealership. Hung around for 25 minutes no one asked us what we wanted or said someone would be with us. Would deffo not use

Unusual, at the MINI dealers Ive been to locally if they cant get to you immediately they do at least offer you a coffee, a seat and some brochures to look through.
You can always sit in a few cars in the showroom and flash the lights and sound the horn, that usually brings someone running across.

We did sit in cars and also had eye to eye contact with two members of staff. Their loss not mine. Sopers in Lincoln are another story.
