Heathrow Mini

I'm thinking of buying a new Mini Cooper from Heathrow Mini, and I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me about their good or bad experienies with them.
So far their sales team have been very helpfull, which you would expect when they are trying to get hold of your money. But what about after sales service?

Welcome to MINI2

I work right next door to BMW Heathrow. I've had mixed opinions about them. Their sales staff (well the BMW ones) are money sucking leeches interested in nothing but commission
The service staff are hit and miss though. I've had problems with them regarding my BMW but when I've taken my MINI in it's been fine.

p.s. I notice you're from High Wycombe. We're having a big meet (around 80 MINIs) there this coming Sunday. If you fancy coming saying hello to us well meeting in the cinema carpark between 9:00-10:00.

Maybe we'll see you there

Thanks Martin
I've booked in for an extended test drive for a whole Saturday in a couple of weeks time just to make shore that I'm comfortable in the Mini on longer runs and that there's nothing else which I find a problem with on longer aquantence.

As with regards to the Chiltern run out I would have loved to come and meet you all, but unfortunatly I'm away all weekend. Such a shame as it's right on my door step. Hopefully next time.

Picked my S up from them last tuesday and so far they have 11/10 the purchasing was perfect. There a couple of things taht need adjusting on the Car which it will be duely booked in for so as yet no feed back on after sales.

The bit that impressed me is the fact that they emailed pictures of my car to me when it arrived, don`t know if this the norm, But little things!

I bought my car from Mark but he has since moved over to the BMW bit of the business. Don`t see why the rest of the Mini people can`t live up to his excellent levels of service. I am very impressed by them on the whole, since i found my local dealer to be totally un interested in a guy wearing Sandals & shorts ordering a new car.

Just to keep you all informed I eventually placed my order with Sytner of Gerrards Cross as they gave me a better trade in deal on my old car. So far i would sa that there was nothing in it between the two delers as they where both very helpfull. And i've read good things about Sytners on this group as well.
So what did I order:
Mini Cooper, Indi Blue with white roof
Chilli pack
17" S spoke alloy wheels
Visibility package
Xenon headlamps
Manual air con
Multi Function Steering Wheel
CD changer

The dealer is going to call back in two weeks to check I don't want to change the spec. I must stop looking at the options or I'll spend even more!

Just got to wait until the end of April for delivery, it can't come soon enough.
