Having taken delivery of my SG/MC on 2/8/03, I thought I'd pass on my excellent experience with FLOW so far. Remarkably, no pressure was placed on me to purchase any extended warranties although I initiated the discussion regarding the extended maintenance agreement which I did purchase at $599.00. Since it covers the somewhat pricy 45K service and everything else until 50K (or 4 years), it seemed like a non-brainer at that price. Delivery went great, my MINI was filled up with fuel and my technical concerns were referred immediately to a technician in the shop. As an aside, I paid MSRP and took delivery less than 3 months after placing my order.

A pleasant change from the usual dealer antics. FLOW is well recommended.

Not yet, it's a long story. It was a screwup on their part regarding my trade in.

I dont want to blast them just yet, but I am not very happy at the moment.

There could still be a happy ending out of this...it's up to them.

Everything did get straightened out and I am MINIfied. The combination of my distance from Flow, a dicey trade in and extremely poor communication between their personel made things more complicated than it had to be.

In the end, all went well and Flow made up for it's mistakes . They are now going out of their way to see that I am a happy MINIer!
