MINI of Concord Service

I made an apointment with MINI of Concord to look at several warranty issues and wanted to report on their service.

I am very happy with what was done and how I was treated. They went out of their way to get me in and out a quickly as they could knowing that I had a 225 mile drive home with snow threatning.

I did not buy my car from them and wouldn't buy now because of their mark-up policy. But, I will use them for warranty service if necessary and recommend their service department.

I bought my MCS from MINI of Concord because I couldn't wait any longer! I now have 15 875 miles on it and several visits to them for warranty, service and repairs. (windshield was badly cracked by a stone, right rear wheel arch trim was damaged by an RV… GRRRR.) The warranty repairs were: Coolant tank leaking - they replaced it without question, steering wheel boss developed multiple "crazing" cracks - replaced without question, driver's side A-pillar trim was lifting off - they reglued it without question.

My 10K service went flawlessly and they have been consistently courteous, quick and thorough in detailing the work to be done and getting done on time and budget.

Highly recommend them for service/repairs, especially Teresa!
