| MAG in Columbus Ohio I just dealt with MAG and they were fine. I was a little worried after reading some of the posts here, but it went ok. The only thing I was dissappointed at was that they refused to program any of the memory options for me, and the guy showing me the car insisted that it was impossible to do, and that this car doesn't have any programmable memory features. Oh well. -Andrew Oh yeah, my car had a lot of goop on it, like tape residue or something. Is this normal? |

Offline | Re: MAG in Columbus Ohio No - it should have been removed during dealer prep. Take it back and see if they can get it off. Otherwise you'll probably need to buy a clay bar and do it yourself. More than likely it's from the plastic sheeting they apply to the hood and body panels to protect the car during shipment. | MINI2 Senior | They should have sent you the programming sheet that the dealers (should) have before you arrived for delivery. That way everything would be set the way you wanted it. Sort of far for you to drive back for. But when you take it into a dealer to get them set, the new dealer is likely going to want some $$ to do so. Best to combine it with a warranty visit and see if you can't get it thrown in for free while they have the computer hooked up. Dave Gotten anything useful from MINI2? How about giving a little something back? '03 MCS BRG/W Anthracite Pkg 1,2,3 |
