I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I have dealt primarily with Amy Childers at Cincinnati MINI and she has answered every question I could come up with.
Every person I dealt with at the dealership with very knowledgeable about the MINI and never once tried to overload me with information.
I'm very happy with my experience there and I'm looking forward to picking up my Indi Blue MINI Cooper S in May.

I too am very pleased with Cincinnati MINI. So much so, I made the drive from the westside of Indianapolis 2+ hrs away in freezing rain.

The architecture of the dealership is very cool too.

the good things continue after the sell with Cincy Mini. last year we had a dealer-sponsored road rally, with 60+ cars showing up. And MaryAnn in the service department is very knowledgeable as well, so I know you won't be disappointed.

I saw some pictures of the road rally, but apparently I'm getting my MINI a bit late for that. I'm really looking forward to becoming a part of the MINI family, and I'll be sure to check out MINIOKI.

Me to had a very good experience with Cincinnati Mini. Gibson Olpe is a first rate, high professional sales person who answered all of my questions and emails. She encouraged me to test drive an "S" as well as a "normal." I ordered a Chili Red MCS with white top...It is due in any day now :-)

Agreed. Gibson has been great to work with. I bug her several times a week with insignificant questions about my upcoming 2004 MCS. She has always been pleasant and quick to answer emails.

Just a quick note. Gibson's last day is tomorrow (Tues 9/30/03). Moving on to other things. She has been great, shame she wont be there when I pick up my MINI in a couple weeks. If you want to email her on her last day to say thanks and bye, her email is golpp@cincinnatimini.com, at least for a little while longer. I wish her luck.
