Took delivery in SoCal 3/15 of my cr/w MCS ordered 12/6/02 by fax from Mini of Pittsburgh. Rett Elton my salesman. Chronology was:
12/6/02 ordered #3648623
2/13/03 arrived VPC (middle of snow storm)
2/20/03 delivered to dealer.
3/10/03 p/u by Larry of DeMoises Transport in Pittsburgh.
3/15/03 delivered to my home in Santa Ana, CA.
Car was in showroom condition.

No hassles, no broken promises MSRP.

Car is perfect and is better than I expected.

Demoises Shipping 864-609-9390 is excellent. Dealer highly recommends them, as I do now. Driver has a cell phone so you can keep in touch. Transport is enclosed and technique for securing car is by strapping the tire ("Bonnet" over top of tire) to the aluminum platform which the car rides on. This is preferred method as car then rides on its own suspension. $1350 for transport.
