Offline | Greenville, SC experiences? Anyone purchased from Century in Greenville lately? Back about a year ago they had a pretty big markup and a small waiting list. I'm still thinking I want one of these cars...... |

Offline | I purchased 2 MINIs from Century last year. They are great to work with. I stopped by on Tuesday March 25th and they had about 8 Coopers and 2 MCSs for sale on the lot. |

Offline | TravisW, Welcome to MINI2. I first placed an order with Flow MINI, but the wait time for an S grew from six months to eight months, so I cancelled my order. I called Linda at Century, sent her a deposit last week, and I spoke to her, today, and I already have a production number and am looking at early June for delivery. In regards to Flow, other than the wait time growing, I was happy with their service as well. When I cancelled my order, they were extremely professional, and even went as far as to tell me that the important thing was that I was getting a MINI. There is a markup at Century, but it isn't outrageous like the CA dealers charge. Linda worked with me on the dealer prep fee and the deposit, and I've never met her or even seen the dealership. It was all handled by mail, email, and phone. I am happy with the service I've received so far. Linda didn't even fuss at me when I changed my wheels from silver to white, then back to silver. ![]() She even said that I was so nice, she was going to give me a set of R90 wheels for free....OK, that last part was a lie, but a guy can dream, can't he? ![]() See ya, JS Last edited by jstines : Apr 25th, 2003 at 01:29 PM. |

Offline | I second JS's feeling on Century. Linda has been great to work with. I have made many changes as well and she has been a help through it all. Stop by the dealership and I think you will find that the price you get is fair and you can get your MINI pretty fast. Good Luck, Motor'nMAX 03 MCS PS/B, Bonnet Stripes, Rally Lights, Lapis, Anthracite, HK, Pkgs #1, 2 & 3 |

Offline | I purchased my MCS from Century MINI on March 12th. Linda and Henk are great to work with. There was a dealer premium, but they had a MCS exactly like I wanted on the lot, so I didn't have to wait. And some things were included (like VIN etching on windows, floormats, paint protectant, etc.) that while aren't exactly worth the cost of the markup, are better than paying a premium and getting nothing or having to wait. |
