Just thought I would congratulate Derek Woodman Bmw on their great service.

I rang Milcars of Watford and asked them to fix my Airbag fault light and also to do the recall work on the gearbox, I told them I had got the car from abroad, they made it as hard as possible for me to get the work done

I then rang Derek Woodman Bmw Blackpool with the same questions they were more than happy to fix my Mini Cooper (jun02) even without the recall notice from Cyprus and also sold me the TLC package for £450 (bit expensive) but car cost me £2000 less than uk !!

Great customer service !!

Milcars stink !!

Don't get too excited I got the mini tax free as i lived in Cyprus for a while, But yes it is RHD

My Cooper cost me c9,000 which is the equivalent of £10,000, but you got climate control which is a £800 option in the uk. But no TLC !!

Quite agree, D-W's are my local garage, the sevice is superb and the staff are great, I'm sure you won't find a more helpful dealership in the North-West.

I'll rate these guys again

Just had my new Cooper from here and the service was excellent. The salesman, a certain Darren Whiteside

, kept me informed throughout the process, didn't moan too much at my constant spec changing

and even kept the new colour top secret. They were far more competitive on price than my local dealer and delivered to my door. All in all a big thumbs up - Thanks
