Irvine service dept disappointing...

The Good...

They succesfully fixed the missing nuts on my hood scoop bolts.

The always nice complimentary car wash.

The Bad...

They had lost my appointment even though I had made it a week+ earlier, but they still took my car in anyway.

Took my car in to have a transmission issue checked (deemed "normal," of course).

The Ugly...

They claimed they'd only pay for my loaner vehicle for one day, no matter how long it would take to fix my vehicle since I didn't buy it from them. Since they deemed my transmission noise "normal," I picked up my car the next morning anyway. They neglected to mention that over the phone.

I specifically mentioned that I had ran out of washer fluid on the way to the dealer (good timing), it was noted along with the rest of my issues, and they said they'd top it off. On pickup, the service advisor tells me they topped it off. Get on the highway last night, take a few bug hits, try to clean off my windshield...still empty and now with bug juice smeared across the windshield. Had to pull off of the highway and find a gas station to clean my windscreen...not fun at 12:00AM

Time to try another dealer...
