United-States Mini of Fairfield County (CT) Feedback Area

I'm from out-of-state (PA)and they made the buying experience an easy and pleasurable one. My M.A., Fabrizio, was excellent - replying to emails promptly and he is helpful and efficient. Their wait time for the "S" was very short (8-10 weeks) and they handled all my out-of-state paperwork without a problem. I highly recommend them! Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Peter Braun: MAoY?

Well, in our opinion, he should be nominated for MA of the Year !! We just ordered a new '04 EB/B MCS from Mini of Fairfield County (in CT, about half an hour outside New York City), and couldn't be happier with the experience! We decided to go to MoFC because of their reputation for excellent service and knowledgeable staff (search this forum for 'Fairfield', and check out the raves).

We weren’t disappointed! Our MA, Peter Braun, made our purchase a lot of fun, and the guy is a certified Miniac!! He's owned 18 Minis (17 of the 'original' Minis, and a lovely '02 MCS). During the week (or two) leading up to our purchase, I must have sent the poor guy about a bizillion emails chocked full of every conceivable MINI query. There may be one or two things Peter doesn't know about MINIs, but I'm happy to say that I've yet to stump him ) And the average wait time for an email response was about 20 minutes!

MSRP, no pressure, no bull, no waiting for email replies: write your congressman and tell 'em "PB for MAoY"!
