MINI2

I sooooo want to buy a mini. I am in the Rochester, NY area and would most likely buy my Mini from Towne Mini in Buffalo, NY which is about 75 miles away.

Has anyone in the Rochester area bought a Mini from Towne?

If so, how long have you owned your MINI and what is your experience with service and the fact that your service center is so far away.

This is a huge concern at this time and is standing in my way of buying my MINI.

Any info or tips you can give me on your buying experience can help too.

The only thing I can say is that the new models seem to be better. I've had mine for 2 months have put 4500 miles and no problems yet.

Also from what the salesguy mentioned, the roadside assistance should you become disabled will have the mini towed to the mini dealer...

All in all, barring any problems that need towing, a long ride to the dealer maybe a small price to pay for such a great car.

Just hope that being a new\recent build you won't have any headaches.

Looking at the posts I find that there tend to be more problems with the MINI S than tha regular cooper.
