I pick up my car yesterday and my MINI bag (a large orange and black bag with MINI on it) contained: 2 of the engraved swivel keychains, a red and black MINI hat, a coffee travel mug, a 1/28 model of a mini, and we were given two Italian Job posters that focus on the MINI rather than the movie. I love my dealer. I love my new car.--kat

Mmmmmmmm, me thinks that American dealers are more free with their generosity than what my dealer was. I got a nearly empty petrol tank

. But I did get a rather nice bouquet.

Decent bottle of red wine gift wrapped and 3/4 tank petrol for me when I took delivery last month. Not as good as US, but not bad.

Hi Cybercom,

Who did you deal with at Barons? (they are my dealer as well).

I didn't get the rucksack full of goodies, but I did get my TLC for free, tank of fuel and some flowers for the missus.

You're obviously local to Hants/Surrey - how about coming out on a few runs with South Coast New Mini - have a look at this link:

Picked up my 'S' from Sytners, Shirley today and got a Mini carrier bag with some goodies in -
Mini Keyring
Mini Tiepin
Tiny model Mini
Mini Key Ring
Mini Baseball Cap
Little Mini tin of mints

Plus full tank of petrol. Excellent service from Sytners so far.

Slight improvement from when I got my Cooper a year ago (from a different dealer) when I got a bouquet of flowers -very nice but.....!!

Nice keychain
and all i had to do get the pack was fill out a questionare the pac included paint leather care, oil tire cleaner, wax ,carwash liquid and other useless carcare goodies. My dealer even knows me by name when i call !

Mini mints, dealer keychain, t shirt that said I bought the 256th MINI at their dealership and be still my beating heart the $95.00 floor mats. Now I'm wondering should I keep them when I trade in my MC or pray that I get a new set?

Hey this is not important but how did you guys get your Mini when it was delivered. Mine was still in te plastic inside and outand the mini badge was not on the wheels .they placed it on after dealer prep and washed it

I should be collecting my Mini OneD from Scotthall Cambridge within the next 'few' weeks. Anyone had any experience with them. I have been promised some tickets for the Italian Job for referring another couple of customers to them - but they are still to arrive

Mine was in perfect condition - they (Checkered Flag MINI) had it in the showroom! I got a MINI-fini cup holder, full tank of gas, and a hat for my 9 year old son. They also stored it until I could pick it up (which saved it from Hurricane Isabel) and have been terrific overall, so I can't complain at all.

Spent £29000 on 2 minis in the same week, got 2 dinky type model cars. The salesman actually looked really excited as he gave them to me. Would have prefered tank of gas.
